Jose St. Phard is a transformational leadership speaker, executive coach, pastor, and chaplain with 18 years of experience working alongside leaders who carry a lot. He has led organizations through change across the United States, Australia, and Central America, and has worked with healthcare systems, executive teams, faith organizations, and mission-driven nonprofits.
His approach sits at the intersection of organizational leadership, psychology, emotional intelligence, and character transformation. He has completed up to two units of Clinical Pastoral Education, the same rigorous pathway that prepares hospital chaplains to sit with people in their most pressured and defining moments. He does not just teach about leadership pain. He has sat with people inside it.
